About

I am a member of the National Association of Professional Organizers (NAPO) and adhere to NAPO’s code of ethics. I offer residential Professional Organizing services in Portland, OR and surrounding areas.

In addition to working as an organizer I am a mental health counselor and art therapist. In this role I’ve had the privilege of sitting with people who are coping with major life transitions, serious medical diagnoses, and grieving losses and change. I’ve witnessed clients traverse uncertainty and tap into their innate resilience. I have always been drawn to the work of helping people examine priorities and build a life of meaning and purpose.

I was born in Oregon and grew up in the Seattle area. I recently returned to my Oregon roots and enjoy spending time with my extended family.  When I am not organizing I write, make art and spend time at the ocean.
